2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SpicyChat Australia. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. NSFW content access requires additional age verification.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: generating illegal content, harassing others, attempting to bypass security measures, or violating applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

All character interactions are AI-generated. SpicyChat does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI responses. Users interact with AI characters at their own discretion.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime with access continuing until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase per our refund policy.
